How are awards rated?

Every award is scored on a 5-star quality scale and a 0–100 prestige score. Ratings are based on judging process transparency, selectivity, entry fee relative to prestige, and media coverage generated. These scores are available on the Pro plan.

What is pay-to-play risk assessment?

Some awards are effectively certificate mills — they accept nearly all applicants, charge high fees, and offer little real prestige. Our Low / Medium / High risk rating flags these programs so you can make informed decisions before paying. Available on Pro.

Yes — and this is one of the most useful features. Free users can preview 2 questions per award. Pro users see every question for every award, so you know the exact scope of work before you commit to an entry fee.

The pipeline is a kanban board (with table and timeline views) that tracks each award application through stages: Researching → Applying → Submitted → Won → Didn't Win. Each card has a task checklist, deadline, and notes. It's available on the Pro plan.

Enter your domain and Awardica discovers your direct competitors, then loads the awards each competitor has won. You can see which awards are gaps in your portfolio vs. theirs, and add any of those awards directly to your pipeline. Pro plan only.
