These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Awardica platform and website operated by Awardica ("Awardica," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using Awardica, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Awardica. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation to use the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free plan. The free plan is available at no charge and requires no credit card. Features are limited as described on our pricing page.
Paid plans. Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Founding price. The founding price of $79/month is offered to the first 25 customers and is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription the founding price will not be available upon re-subscription.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
Refunds. All purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice by email. Founding price holders are exempt from increases for the duration of their active subscription.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Our content. The Awardica platform, award data, ratings, scores, and all original content are owned by Awardica and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your content. You retain ownership of all content you create within the platform (pipeline entries, content library blocks, notes). By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.
Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that award data is always accurate or current.
Award ratings, prestige scores, and match recommendations are our editorial assessments — they are not guarantees of application success or award outcomes. Final decisions about which awards to enter remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awardica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Sections 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
