Awardica ("we," "us," or "our") operates awardica.com and the Awardica platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
By using Awardica you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed by Clerk).
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never see or store your full card number.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use the platform — pages visited, features used, awards saved, and pipeline activity — to improve the product.
Company profile. Information you enter about your company (industry, size, geography, revenue) to generate award match scores. This data is used solely to personalize your experience.
Communications. If you contact us by email we keep a record of your message and our reply.
Cookies & analytics. We use first-party cookies for session management and PostHog for product analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing terms. We only share the minimum information each provider needs to deliver their service.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not function correctly without session cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription your data is retained for 90 days in case you return, then deleted from our systems.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email hello@awardica.com with the subject "Delete my account." We will complete your request within 30 days.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including encrypted connections (TLS), Supabase row-level security, and scoped API keys. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@awardica.com.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Awardica is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material we will notify registered users by email.
Awardica uses AI (large language models) to power features such as award match scoring, application content suggestions, and pipeline recommendations. To provide these features, content you enter — including your company profile, award descriptions, and draft application content — may be processed by our AI infrastructure.
We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. AI-generated outputs are suggestions only; final decisions about which awards to enter and what to submit remain yours.
AI processing occurs within our existing infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) and does not involve additional third-party data sharing beyond what is described in Section 3.
